Greetings in the Name of Jesus!

This months Cyber-Church sermon is again by Pastor Jim West. Pastor Jim was the founder of Cyber-Church.com. At the time of his homegoing in January 2000 Pastor Jim had a number of messages waiting for publication. Therefore, in accordance with the Lord's leading, we are posting them over the next few months. Pastor Jim's messages are for the most part in outline form. We will post them as he left them and trust the Holy Spirit to fill in any gaps. We pray you too will be blessed by the teachings of this Godly Saint that is now with the Lord.

I AM THE GREAT I AM

John 12:20-21 - And there were certain Greeks among them that came up to worship at the feast: The same came therefore to Philip, which was of Bethsaida of Galilee, and desired him, saying, SIR, WE WOULD SEE JESUS.

What a wonderful thing it is to want to see Jesus!

Abraham LONGED for the day he would see Messiah!
Isaac and Jacob waited for His coming!
Isaiah prophesied in great detail of His coming!
Elijah walked in His Power and wanted to see Him!
David made over 3000 musical instruments and wrote hundreds of
songs just to Praise Him! He said, "Unto THEE O Lord, do I lift
up mine eyes . . . my soul!" David wanted to see Him!

And we Christians all have that desire to see HIM!

Around Nineteen hundred and forty-eight, at a little Pentecostal Church in Greenville, Mississippi, an Evangelist preached about the Rapture. He said that it was coming VERY SOON! He said that Jesus would take His people out of this world. That was the night I began MY watching and waiting!

The Lord told His Church:

Matthew 24:44 - Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

And Jesus assured us that He WILL be back. He said,

John 14:1-3 - Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I AM, [there] ye may be also.

In taking the Lord's Supper we are told to "rightly discern the Lord's Body." Let's look at Who He Is!

Genesis 17:1 - And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I AM
the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.

The "I AM the Almighty God" is the El Shadday {shad-dah'-ee}

And it means Almighty, Most Powerful, The Almighty (of God)

We sing it "Lord God Almighty!" - The Omnipotent, un-failing, Almighty God of the Old Testament is The Great High Priest of the book of Hebrews, The Lamb of God of John and the Lion of the Tribe of Judah in Revelation 5:5 !

Revelation 5:5 - And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.

Mark 14:62 - And Jesus said, "I AM: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the
clouds of heaven."

And Jesus said, "I AM: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power,"
And Jesus said, "I AM: and ye shall see the Son of man"
And Jesus said, "I AM: and ye shall SEE!"
And Jesus said, "I AM:" !

- I AM The Anointed One
- I AM The Arm of the Lord
- I AM The Blessed Potentate
- I AM The Branch
- I AM The Carpenter of Galilee
- I AM The Chief Corner Stone
- I AM The Consolation of Israel
- I AM The Counsellor
- I AM The Deliverer
- I AM The Desire of all nations
- I AM The Faithful Witness
- I AM The First Begotten
- I AM The Good Master
- I AM The Holy Child
- I AM The Horn of Salvation
- I AM The Image of God
- I AM The Nazarene
- I AM The King of the Jews
- I AM The Lion of Judah
- I AM The Light of the world
- I AM The Man of sorrows
- I AM The Messenger of the covenant
- I AM The Sure Foundation
- I AM The Alpha
- I AM The Omega
- I AM The Beginning

- I AM The Bright and Morning Star

- I AM The Everlasting Father

I just want to stir up our pure minds! We need to be aware that we are living in the last days and JESUS IS COMING BACK SOON!! And He's coming back for a Church without spot or wrinkle. Without hate! Without animosity! Without envy - jealousy - strife!

I AM The Shepherd of your soul

I AM The Son of the Most High God

I AM The Baptizer in the Holy Ghost

I AM The Sanctifier

I AM The Faithful Pastor

I AM The King of Kings

I AM The Lord of Lords

I AM The Glory of Israel

I AM The Author and Finisher of your faith

I AM The Savior

I AM The Bread

I AM The Messiah

I AM The Prince of Peace

I AM The Sure Foundation

I AM The fourth Man in the fiery furnace

I AM The Balm of Gilead

I AM Aaron's Rod That Budded

I AM The Branch of the Root of Jesse

I AM The Banner of the Gentiles

I AM The Glorious Rest

I AM Shiloh

I AM The Root and Offspring of David

I AM The Judge of the Gentiles

I AM The One Who has inherited the heathen

I AM God's Elect

I AM The Governor among the Nations

I AM The Strength

I AM The Fortress

I AM The Refuge

I AM The Mountain of the House of the Lord

I AM The Right Hand of God's Righteousness

I AM THE GREAT I AM!

A Church in one accord, one mind! He's coming back for a Church that's WATCHING for Him! So, I'm watching for Him! Are YOU? We need to "Look up, for our Redemption draweth nigh!"

We sing the song, "I'm getting ready to leave this world." and some of us may need a little more "Getting Ready!"

Jesus said that Satan came to Him and "Found Nothing in Him." There was nothing in Jesus that belonged to Satan!

And I beg you today. Don't leave this place if there's anything on YOU that belongs to Satan! That belongs to the prince of this world! Don't leave this place until it's burned out! Burned out by the Holy Ghost Power! Burned out by the BLOOD OF CHRIST!

So that you can KNOW that when the prince of this world comes to look you over, to accuse, to kill you, to destroy you, that he will find NOTHING there that belongs to him!

Thousands are dying without Jesus. If we REALLY believe, we'll do SOMETHING to save them!

God help me to witness! God help me to live right! God help me to drag some of them out of the jaws of hell!

God help me to WAKE UP!
